These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of language classes, courses, memberships, and services provided by 2025 H1 Spanish BCN SL (the “School”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in a course, purchasing a membership, or attending any class or event, students agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment

Students may enroll through our website, in person at the School, or via an approved booking platform.

Students should indicate their language level before booking. If a student is unsure of their level, the School will provide a placement test.

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

• Payment has been received
• The student has received confirmation from the School

The School reserves the right to refuse enrollment where necessary for operational or behavioural reasons.

2. Course Structure

Courses are organised by levels aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Each level typically runs for 12–16 weeks, depending on the course format.

Students may progress to the next level after:

• Completing the course curriculum
• Passing any required assessment or teacher evaluation

If a student continues attending the same level after completing 12–16 weeks, the curriculum may restart from the beginning.

3. Membership and Class Access

Students may book classes for periods ranging from one week to fifty-three weeks. For bookings longer than one month, payment must be made in advance, on a monthly basis.

Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.
